Packages are dispatched the same day for orders placed before 10:00 am Monday to Saturday and after receipt of payment. They are sent via Mondial Relay or La Poste according to your choice of criteria: price, speed and availability. When ordering, if you use our partner Mondial Relay, do not forget to choose the Relay Point where you wish to be delivered.

Parcels can also be sent by Colissimo and delivered against signature. Please contact us before choosing this delivery method, as it incurs additional costs. Depending on the delivery method chosen, we send you a link to track your package online as soon as it is ready to go.

Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as postage. The preparation costs are fixed, while the transport costs vary according to the total weight of the package or amount of the order. We recommend that you consolidate all of your items into one order.

Free deliveries are sent by post or colissimo via Mondial Relay or La Poste depending on the weight and size of the items ordered.

Orders not withdrawn and which are returned to us by our carrier for incomplete or incorrect address will be subject to a flat rate billing of 9.90 €

We cannot combine two orders placed separately and shipping charges apply to each of them. Particular attention is paid to fragile objects. The dimensions of the boxes / bubble envelopes are appropriate and your items are properly protected. However, we are not responsible for their delivery and if any damage should appear, please let us know and make reservations upon receipt..
